VRV air conditioning systems provide comfortable climate control on every floor, while the generator-backed energy infrastructure offers full protection against power outages. Lighting, plumbing, fire detection, and public address systems are monitored 24/7 by a professional technical team. Any requests for repairs, maintenance, or support are quickly recorded and resolved.
In addition, the continuity of all systems is monitored with digital automation; real-time data tracking is performed on fire, air conditioning, and electrical systems. The technical team works in shifts to keep response times to a minimum and maximize user satisfaction.

You can create a technical support ticket by calling the management office. Teams will provide on-site assistance on the same day.

Yes, in the event of a power outage throughout the plaza, the generator system automatically kicks in.

Common areas and twice-yearly VRV system maintenance are free of charge. Special interventions within the office may be charged upon request.
