Security and Access Control
The security unit, which operates 24/7, provides high security standards at GFY Plaza with X-ray scanning devices, metal detectors, card access systems, and security cameras. Entry and exit to the plaza are only permitted with authorized personnel cards; guests enter after undergoing identity checks. Quick access is provided for meetings and events using pre-submitted guest lists. Planned evacuation scenarios and fire safety systems are actively monitored for emergencies.
Emergency scenarios are regularly tested with fire, earthquake, and evacuation drills. GFY Plaza is conscious not only of physical security but also information security; access control systems are supported by log tracking. VIP visitor management is carried out with separate protocols for high-level guests.

Guest entries are made upon presentation of identification and with your approval. Guests are issued temporary entry cards.

Simply notify the administration office. The card renewal fee will be charged to you.
