All plaza users' daily operational needs are met through the information desk and building management office located at the main entrance. All your support requests, from guest reception to delivery processes, emergency notifications to directions, are handled professionally. You can reach the management office 24/7, both during business hours via landline and via mobile communication.

The consultation staff not only provides guidance but also communication support to enhance the quality of the plaza experience. They are the first point of contact for quick solutions to lost items, urgent medical requests, or daily operational issues. All requests are tracked through digital systems to ensure follow-up processes.
